TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CAR PARKING SERVICES

1.1. Service Provider 

OMA Logística S.A. de C.V. (the Company) provides car parking services at Monterrey Airport (the Airport), which are subject to the Airport Law, the Airport’s schedules, operating rules, and safety regulations, as well as other applicable provisions. 

1.2. Acceptance and Modification of Terms 

By using the car parking services, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 

1.3. Service Offered 

The right to temporarily use a car park space for one vehicle is granted in the available area within the car park for a period beginning at the actual time of entry. The usage fee will be calculated based on the duration the vehicle remains in the car park. 

The car parks are open to the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with marked spaces for private vehicles, as well as spaces for people with disabilities.

2.1. Permitted Use 

The car park is intended exclusively for parking vehicles within the designated spaces. 

Improperly parked vehicles: 

  • May be towed or moved using wheel clamps without prior notice. 

  • May be subject to fines. 

  • Storage and recovery fees may be charged. 

2.2. Prohibited Activities 

It is strictly prohibited to repair, clean, conduct commercial activities, or remain inside parked vehicles. 

2.3. Relocation for Operational Reasons 

In exceptional cases, the Company may move vehicles for: 

  • Safety reasons. 

  • Operational and maintenance activities. 

Every effort will be made to provide reasonable advance notice of bay closures, although this may not always be possible.

3.1. Without a Booking 

Customers may arrive directly at the airport and obtain a ticket at the entrance gate, paying the standard rates posted at the entrance to each car park.

3.3. With a Parking Pass Card 

An exclusive benefits program using a prepaid card that allows entry to and exit from the airport car parks, with the cost of your stay automatically deducted from your balance (see section 6). 

4.1. Rate Structure 

4.1.1. Without a Booking 

The rates posted at the entrance of each car park apply. 

4.1.2. With an Online Booking

4.1.3. With a Parking Pass Card 

The rates posted at the entrance of each car park apply, with a preferential maximum daily rate under the Parking Pass program (see section 6). 

4.2. Payment and Top-Up Methods 

4.2.1. At Pay Stations 

  • Cash. 

  • Credit and debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express. 

4.2.2. At the prepaid office and the terminal’s parking office 

  • Credit and debit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express. 

4.2.3. Online (website)

4.3. Electronic Invoicing 

To obtain an electronic invoice, make sure you have a payment receipt, go to https://tickets.diverza.com/oma/facturar-ticket, and follow these steps: 

  1. Enter the payment reference number. 

  1. Enter the total amount. 

  1. Enter the payment date. 

  1. Fill in the requested tax information. 

  1. Provide an email address for delivery. 

5.1. General Requirements 

  • A ticket or Parking Pass card is required to enter and exit the car park. 

  • Each ticket is valid only for the vehicle for which it was issued. 

  • The customer must keep the ticket or Parking Pass card in a safe place. 

  • A ticket allows for a single exit from the car park. 

5.2. Entry Procedure 

5.2.1. Without a Booking 

  1. Drive your vehicle up to the entry machine. 

  1. Press the ticket button to print the ticket. 

  1. The barrier will rise to allow access. 

5.2.2. With an Online Booking

5.2.3. With a Parking Pass Card 

Access is granted using the prepaid card (see section 6). 

  1. Drive your vehicle up to the entry gate. 

  1. Hold the Parking Pass card up to the reader. 

  1. The barrier will rise to allow access. 

5.3. Re-entry 

To re-enter after exiting, you must complete the entry process again. 

5.4. Lost Ticket 

If you lose your ticket: 

  • Request assistance using the intercom at any pay station or go to the terminal’s prepayment office. 

  • You must present a valid ID and prove ownership of the vehicle. 

  • A flat fee plus the parking time will be charged according to the regular rates posted at the car park entrance. 

  • In the case of a booking, if it cannot be found in the system, the regular rate posted at the car park entrance will apply. 

6.1. Description and Benefits 

The “Parking Pass” program offers a prepaid card with a digital balance that allows entry to and exit from car parks without using cash, with the following exclusive benefits: 

  • Preferential daily rate for short-stay parking. 

  • Preferential rate of MXN $350.00 for access to the OMA Premium Lounges upon presenting the card at the entrance. 

  • Streamlined entry and exit from the car park. 

  • Card blocking in case of theft or loss. 

  • Access to exclusive car park spaces in car parks A1 and B1 (subject to availability).

6.2. Validity and Restrictions 

  • Valid only at the Airport. 

  • The Parking Pass card can be purchased at the prepayment office in any terminal at the Airport. 

  • Not valid in conjunction with other promotions or services. 

6.3. Costs

6.4. Balance Validity 

The available balance will remain valid until the end of the calendar year in which the last top-up was made. 

7.1. Insurance Coverage 

The car park has a civil liability insurance policy that covers bodily injury or death and loss of or damage to third-party property caused by the direct act or omission of the Company. 

7.2. Limits of Liability 

The Company is not liable for damage, loss, or partial or total theft of vehicles or belongings left inside them. Use of the car park is at the customer’s own risk and responsibility; customers must take precautions such as locking their vehicles, not leaving valuables inside, and implementing any other security measures. The Company does not guarantee continuous surveillance of your vehicle. 

7.3. Complaints 

For any complaint regarding loss, damage, or injury occurring within the car park, the customer: 

  1. Must report the matter to Company staff before leaving the car park. 

  1. If necessary, must report the matter to the National Guard. 

A vehicle is considered abandoned if it remains in the car park for more than 30 days without payment of the applicable fees. 

When a vehicle is abandoned: 

  • A notice will be left on the vehicle, and a report will be filed with the National Guard. 

  • The customer has 30 days to remove the vehicle and pay the outstanding car park fees. 

  • If the vehicle is not removed and the fees are not paid within the established period, the Company may relocate the vehicle using wheel clamps or a tow truck, and the National Guard will have the authority to remove it permanently. 

  • These rights of disposal are in addition to any other legal rights to handle abandoned vehicles.
