GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the portals www.oma.aero and www.parking.oma.aero (hereinafter the "Portal"), property of Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte S.A.B. of C.V. (hereinafter "OMA"). This Portal is made available to you (hereinafter the "User") free of charge under the condition precedent that you fully accept the terms and conditions contained in these "General Conditions". The fact that you use the Portal alone constitutes your acceptance of the General Conditions. If the User does not accept the General Conditions, they must refrain from using the Portal. If the User continues to use the Portal, said action will be considered absolute acceptance of all the General Conditions.
Through the Portal, OMA offers Users access to various services and content (hereinafter, the "Services"). These Services may be from either OMA or third-party service providers contracted by OMA. Access and use of the Services will be free except in certain cases in which the User's subscription and registration is expressly required under the terms of section 3 of this instrument.
All content on the Portal, including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, texts and software, are the property of OMA and its rights are protected by the Industrial Property Law and its Regulations, and by international treaties. In accordance with these regulations, the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, exhibition or performance of the content on the Portal, without the due written authorization of OMA, is strictly prohibited. The OMA brand and its logos are legally registered in Mexico, as well as in other countries. The User is expressly prohibited from modifying, altering or deleting, either totally or partially, the notices, brands, trade names, signs, advertisements, logos or in general any indication that refers to the ownership of the information contained in the Portal.
To use the Online Services, the User must fill out an online registration request, which when completed and clicking "I accept" or "Send" will be bound by all of these General Conditions.
Once the Registration Request is sent, OMA will process and, if applicable, authorize the Registration Request at its sole discretion, and in this case it will assign the authorized User an account to access and use the OMA Online Services, which will consist of a password, User ID and an Email account. The User agrees to make diligent use and keep secret the Password and User Name assigned to access the OMA Online Services. The User will be liable for damages in the event of improper and unauthorized use by third parties of the OMA Online Services, using the Password and User Name, due to their loss by the User. The User undertakes the following: Immediately notify OMA of the improper and unauthorized use of their Password, User Name and/or Email, and Ensure that once their consultation on the Portal is completed, they will exit their account.
The User agrees to use the Email only to send and receive personal messages and messages from the company owned by the User. Any unauthorized commercial use of Email, or the resale of its services, is expressly prohibited.
The User is obliged to comply with all applicable local, state, national and international regulations and is solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur in relation to their Email, Username or Password, including the content of their transmissions through Email.
OMA will cancel, without prior notice or liability, any Email account when it believes, in its sole discretion, that such account transmits or is in any way related to any unsolicited spam or bulk email message or that sends email that OMA considers to be obscene.
OMA has no obligation to monitor the Email or the use made by the User or preserve the contents of any User session. However, OMA reserves the right to monitor, review, preserve and/or disclose at any time any information that may be necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulation, legal process or administrative request.
OMA guarantees the User the Right to Privacy in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The User accepts that OMA may have access to their account in order to respond to technical or service needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, OMA will not be liable, in any case, for any direct, special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages in any way (including without limitation, damages due to business interruption, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss) arising from or related to (i) the use or execution of the Portal and its Services, (ii) with the delay or lack of availability of use of the Portal, (iii) the provision or lack of provision of the Services, of any information or graphics contained or published in or through the Portal, (iv) the updating or lack of updating of the information, (v) that the information has been altered or modified, in whole or in part, after having been included in the Portal; (vi) any other aspect or characteristic of the information contained or published on the Portal or through the links that may eventually be included therein.
OMA does not assume any responsibility for the way in which the User uses the information contained or published on or through the Portal and/or the Services. Users are recommended to verify this information on their own when making a decision based on it. In all cases, the User must always go to a technical or administrative advisor, as the case may be.
Although the information on this Portal is considered accurate, it may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. OMA will endeavor to update the content of the Portal constantly.
OMA does not guarantee that the Portal meets the User's requirements, or that the Services always remain uninterrupted, on time, secure or error-free.
The User agrees to indemnify OMA from any action, demand or claim (including legal fees and legal costs) arising from any breach by the User of these General Conditions including, without limitation, those arising: (i) for any aspect related to the use of the Portal and its Services, of the information contained in or through the Portal; (ii) for libel, defamation or any other violating conduct of the User in use of the Portal and/or Email and/or Communities, (iii) for violation of laws or international treaties related to copyright or intellectual property contained or available in or through the Portal or (iv) for the use of the Portal and its Services by any unauthorized person who accesses the Portal, using the User's User Name, Password and/or Email.

This agreement will be valid indefinitely. Notwithstanding the above, the User accepts that OMA may cancel the User Name, Password and/or Email of any User for misuse of the Portal, for violations of these General Conditions or for any other reason, at the discretion of OMA at any time, without prior notice.
OMA reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the Portal, as well as reserves the right to modify or eliminate, at any time and without prior notice, the Services and the conditions required to access and/or use the Portal and the Services, as well as these general conditions.
OMA will have at all times, without any liability, the power to temporarily suspend the provision of the Services or permanently.
The User, by using the Portal, accepts that in the event of a dispute that arises due to the interpretation, compliance or execution of what is stipulated in these General Conditions, as well as for the purposes of regulating the operations that occur between the User and OMA, they will be subject to the legislation in force and applicable in Mexico City, Federal District and to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the same place, expressly waiving the jurisdiction that by reason of their future domicile or for any other reason may arise. correspond to them.
