The documents necessary for a minor to travel depend on the specific policies of the airline and the type of trip that will be made (accompanied, alone or international). Below are the general requirements:
Minors traveling accompanied by adults

It is important to bring the documents in original and physical format, since photocopies or digital versions are not accepted. We recommend that you check directly with the airline for information on the official documents required.
Minors traveling alone
It is possible for a minor to travel alone if the person responsible for the minor signs a waiver of liability and guarantees that an adult will meet him or her at the airport of arrival with prior identification.

We recommend having your flight-related documents on hand, such as the baggage check receipt and your ticket, to facilitate the assistance process.
To verify your flight status, you can use the tools available on our website. The system will allow you to check the most up-to-date information, including schedules and possible changes.

An infant is considered a child under 2 years of age, who must travel accompanied by an adult. Generally, infants are entitled to carry one piece of luggage, which usually has a maximum weight of 10 kg.
In addition, some airlines allow an additional stroller or baby carrier to be transported at no extra cost, depending on their policies.
We recommend checking directly with your airline for specific information about permitted baggage and travel conditions for infants.
For fare application purposes, many airlines consider children between 2 and 12 years of age who travel accompanied by an adult as minors.
Policies may vary between airlines, so we suggest checking with the corresponding airline to obtain details about fares, benefits and travel conditions for children.
