Book your stay in the parking lot through the airport website (insert link). Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 hours in advance of your entrance to the parking lot.

Unfortunately, no. We can help you through the reservation process, but all reservations must be made online.

For reservations we accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.

I have reserved a parking space, but I have not received my confirmation.

You can access the parking lot up to 4 hours before the arrival date and time confirmed in your reservation, without an additional charge.

Your reservation will remain valid if you enter up to 4 hours after the check-in date and time confirmed in your reservation.

The grace period for leaving the parking lot at the end of your stay is 6 hours. Overstay fees vary depending on the parking lot where you leave your vehicle. Charges for additional time are paid at an automated machine before leaving the parking lot.

1. Drive to the entrance barrier of the parking lot you reserved.
2. Scan your reservation's QR code on the validator.
3. Verify that your reservation name or reference number is displayed on the screen.
4. Press the ticket button and remove the ticket. The barrier will rise to allow access.
5. Keep the ticket and store it in a safe place, as you will need it to exit.

If the system does not recognize your reservation or if the barrier does not rise, press the intercom for assistance. Bring your reservation reference with you.

Drive to the exit barrier and scan your parking ticket. The barrier should raise automatically; however, in some cases, the system may not recognize your vehicle. You'll know if there's been a reading error because your license plate will appear misprinted on the ticket. In this case, drive to the exit barrier as usual and press the intercom to request assistance. Be sure to have your reservation reference and/or your license plate number handy.

If you've exceeded your parking time, you'll need to go to the payment kiosks before approaching the exit barrier.

Depending on the length of your flight delay, you may be required to pay an additional fee upon your return. Regular rates apply and vary based on reserved parking.

At the moment our system does not allow extending the period of stay of a confirmed or active reservation.

You can cancel your reservation by logging into your account or calling our customer service line. Depending on the type of reservation you made, a fee may apply.

We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period during which you can cancel any reservation free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation. However, this cooling-off period does not apply to confirmed reservations with a start date within the next 24 hours.

If you selected the flexible booking option, you can update/modify your vehicle details free of charge up to 24 hours before your stay begins. Visit "Manage my booking" (insert link) or contact us for more information.

Our online reservation parking prices are shown in 24-hour periods. For example, if you arrive at the parking lot at 10:00 am and leave the same day at 10:00 pm, you will be charged for a full 24-hour period. That is, you would be charged the same if you left the parking lot the next day at 9:59 am. All prices are shown in Mexican pesos and include 16% VAT. Parking rates will also vary depending on:

• The time of year.
• The location relative to the terminals.
• Supply and demand.
• The advance notice with which you make the reservation.

All our parking lots are located within the airport park, they are secure and located very close to the terminals. Additionally, if you reserve you guarantee that your vehicle will have a parking space.

Reservations are not required to use our parking facilities. You can access the parking lots as usual and pay at the end of your stay.

However, if you make a reservation, you can enjoy direct discounts on your stay and guarantee a parking space for the duration of your trip.

Motorcycles require payment for parking, either through a reservation or according to regular rates (include link).

There are disabled parking spaces in all parking lots, but they are limited and subject to availability.

At the moment, the airport does not have chargers for electric vehicles. We are working to have charging infrastructure in the future.

Consider that leaving your vehicle in the parking lot is at your own risk and expense, and its custody is subject to the terms and conditions of the parking lot.

Airport parking lots are currently self-service, meaning you park in the space of your choice and keep your keys.

Yes, some of our parking lots have height restrictions.
Parking lots A1 and B1 have a maximum vehicle height of 2.40 meters. Vehicles exceeding this limit will not be allowed in these lots.
There are no height restrictions in any of the other airport parking lots.

The parking facility has a liability insurance policy that covers damages to third parties' property and persons caused by direct action or omission while your vehicle is in their custody.

It is recommended that you file any claims for damages at the parking facility itself before leaving the airport.

Refunds are issued exclusively to the card originally used for payment to ensure the refund goes to the correct cardholder and avoid any issues.

If you closed your account or changed your card and the refund hasn't appeared in your account after 15 days, please contact your card issuer. Unfortunately, we cannot claim that money from the bank and issue the refund to a new card.

We have payment kiosks in all our parking lots that accept cash. You can also pay by credit or debit card.

You can use our payment kiosks before returning to your vehicle.

If needed, press the intercom at the payment kiosk or the exit for assistance.

You can pay online and avoid going to the parking payment machine before you leave. Payment will be processed through the "Checkout" section of the website https://parking.oma.aero/

You can obtain your invoice online for your stays and reservations through the page https://tickets.diverza.com/oma/facturar-ticket
You will need the following information, which you can find on the payment receipt that you can print from a parking pay station or on your reservation confirmation:
• The ticket number.
• The payment date.
• The total amount.
